O.J. Mayo
High School Basketball Player
O.J. Mayo is a high school basketball player who is expected to sign with the University of Southern California. The point guard from Cincinnatti, Ohio, can play anywhere he desires due to his raw talent and unselfishness on the court. Mayo will star wherever he goes, and would most likely have skipped the collegiate ranks to turn pro if not for the recent rule stating that players must now be one year removed from high school.
Mayo averaged 28.0 points per game for North College Hill High School as a sophomore. He enters his junior season with hype similar to another Ohio native, the great LeBron James. Whatever the future holds for this youngster, we know that Mayo will be something more than a condiment for your sandwich in a short period of time!
